Customers are advised that, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the unopened item to The Brewers Co within 30 days.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging. 

Refunds are not offered in the case of ordering errors. Exchanges are available if the product is unused and in its original packaging. 

Due to the hours of business at Nadine's Beans, orders can only be collected on the weekend. We apologise for any inconvinience but endeavor to collect your delicious Nadine's Beans as quickly as possible and will ship your order as soon as we have collected your freshly roasted beans from Nadine's.
