How much does shipping cost?
At The Brewers Co. we believe that our product is of such high quality that you shouldn't need to worry about postage costs in order to get the good stuff (that's our coffee and tea). In order to keep our costs down on our delicious teas and coffees, we have introduced a flat rate of $5 for shipping. (Small orders of just teabags still have free shipping, and orders over $35 also have free shipping too!).
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide using Australia Post. All orders over 200g are tracked and safely delivered to your desired address. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at present.
What is your shipping method?
We ship with Australia Post using parcel post. If you would like express shipping, this service is available at an extra cost. Please contact us for pricing information to arrange this service.
How long does shipping take to arrive?
Shipping takes between 4 to 7 working days (depending on the product, we like to ensure your order is as fresh as possible for maximum flavour!).
Please note that there may be a slight delay in shipping your order of Nadine's Beans to you. As we strive to provide fresh roasted coffee, we collect your coffee fresh from Nadine upon your order being placed. Nadine's has recently changed their opening hours to weekends only, so when you place your order for coffee of Nadine's Beans it may take a couple more days to ship your coffee, but you can be assured that you are receiving fresh roasted and delicious coffee straight to your door.
How much does shipping cost for wholesale?
Due to the unique nature of requests that we receive with wholesale orders, we are unable to offer free shipping to our wholesale customers at present. We will outline our shipping costs with our wholesale customers as part of our initial quotation.
